Highland delights on the menu
Students at West Nottinghamshire College’s BAY6 coffee bar and café and will be serving up traditional Scottish fayre next week.
On the menu is Hotch-Potch mixed vegetable soup for £1.50, Scotch pie with Kial Kenney and roasted roots which is a minced lamb pie served with mashed potato, cabbage and vegetables for £3 followed by Clottie dumpling rich fruit pudding with custard for £1.
Food will be available from 10.00am to 2pm from Monday 26 November to Friday 30 November, with tea, coffee, cakes and sandwiches also served during these times at the venue in Woodhouse Road, Mansfield.
BAY6 is open to the public for hot and cold refreshments and provides a practical training and working environment for students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
People can just turn up although parties of eight or more are advised to book a table on 01623 413027.
